Playground Forge trust and policy pages

Contact | Playground Forge

Use this page to contact Playground Forge about the public site, trust pages, privacy, content, or a specific playground. For email, use contact@playgroundforge.com or mailto:contact@playgroundforge.com. Include the full URL, language, and what happened so the report can be checked quickly.

How to reach us

For site questions, privacy requests, content corrections, or policy issues, email contact@playgroundforge.com. A message with the URL, language, timestamp, and a short description is usually enough to start review.

When it is about a playground

If the issue appears inside a tool, include the exact /play/:slug route and the input or option that caused the result. Playground Forge tools run in the browser, so clear reproduction steps are more useful than broad descriptions. Please avoid sending secrets, private customer records, production tokens, or proprietary source files in a report. When a playground needs an example, reduce it to a synthetic input that still demonstrates the behavior. That keeps the conversation safe and makes it possible to reproduce the issue in a public development environment. For urgent operational impact, use your own incident process first, then send a concise public-site report with the evidence that can be shared.

When it is about the site

If the issue is about navigation, redirects, sitemap, language alternates, or trust pages, include the public URL and visible symptom. We use these reports to keep the directory and review-facing pages accurate. Good reports are actionable and bounded. If a result looks wrong, include the smallest input that reproduces it and the expected interpretation from the library or platform documentation. If the concern is privacy, include whether the issue appears before or after accepting optional cookies. If the concern is advertising, consent, indexing, or a broken route, include the language version and whether the page was reached from the catalog, sitemap, search result, or a direct link.
